Actually I believe this one turned out pretty good. But the original is in color and a lot more fibrant.

This is from the Adventures for a lazy afternoon. A collection of inspiring images, that let your imagination fly. Again look at the original, this does not represent the flawless pictures Mr. Hanson creates.

This is from the beanpress webpage, some of the daily sketches are extremely good. Not so my interpretation.

I am skipping forward and backwards through this book. So do not believe this is in any way the chronological order.

Again The Monkey Stone, but I do not like the grays I put in there. This paper did not take it as well as I hoped it would.

Tanner Jones & The Quest for the Monkey Stone.
I really love this book, so many awesome drawings. This month I will probably try to recreate parts of them
2 month passed and I can still post a drawing each day.
Never dreamed I could be able to pull this off.
The next month I dedicate to Travis Hanson, one of the comic artists who brought me back to drawing.
You should check out his web page:
The Bean
Definitely worth a visit, and I am sure you will stay a while.
So from now on I do my best to recreate some of his awesome drawings. Fully knowing that I can not compare to him, so expect the worst.

My daughter said this picture looks like a monkey. Well, guess she was correct. In other countries he is called Anton, if I am not mistaken.
