The table was full of stuff and I had no patience to clean it up.
So another fine liner it is. If you do not know the original it might even look good. 😉

As so often. Need to focus a lot more. The eyes are too narrow and the nose is misplaced.
Proportions are not correct
The eyes are too narrow and the head is to wide.
Or just one of the above and the other might be a result.
And inkwash again
Variety is the key.
If I do too many sketches with the same technique I get too lazy.
Need to switch more often.

A quick under sketch and then refined with a fineliner.

Looks like changing the medium every now and then does improve the overall result.

I had this model a couple of times and each time it gets a tiny bit better.

A failed test
I wanted top try to directly draw with an ink brush.
Obviously I failed. But that is part of the process.
