Yesterdays sketch was pretty bad. Not only the shading, but the whole proportions…..
Many tiny lines
Not happy with the shaindg, but this is for testing only. The tons of tiny little lines are not really beneficial.

And in fineliner. Something else and the change was needed.

Another black and white sketch.

Not sure but somehow I believe I know him.

The shadows under the hat are a bit odd, but otherwise it looks pretty much like him.

Yet another black and white image. The resemblance is not too bad.

Let’s see how far I can get with the black and white scheme. There was not a lot of white in this one.

I totally forgot about my white pencil, but on the gray paper I only need tiny bits of it to get the highlights.
